John and Melanie welcome you to Homeleigh Cottage B&B. The rooms are located in our detached annexe, which is situated across the lawn from the main cottage.
​
The annexe, which is ideal for families, consists of an entrance hall, a large double bedroom for the adults, a second bedroom for up to three children, and a shower room with hand basin and WC.
​
The main bedroom has a double bed, a Smart TV and ample drawer and hanging space for clothes.
The Children's bedroom has TV, bunk beds and a fold-down bed to accommodate a third child. A cot is also available, which can be used in one or other of the bedrooms, depending on the number of children occupying the smaller room
​
There is a patio right outside the annexe, for our guests
​
We have a charge point for electric vehicles (Tethered, Type 2 plug) which guests can use for a fee

Please note : The double bedroom is available to book on its own and parties of adults are welcome, if you are happy to sleep in the children's room
There is a Mini fridge, Wi-Fi and a hairdryer are also provided. Fully controllable central heating and instant hot water are on tap, and parking is directly outside the annexe, on our private driveway.

It takes less than two minutes (150 yds) to walk to your dining room, where breakfast is served at the Three Ways House Hotel, home to the world famous Pudding Club
Enjoy their traditional Full English offerings, which include bacon, black pudding, our local butchers’ sausages, and free range eggs. They also have homemade Granola, seasonal poached fruits, yoghurts, fresh fruits, pastries, everything you need to set you up for the day. You might also like to enjoy a drink or two in their 'Randalls Bar' brasserie, perhaps dinner or even one of their famous puddings.
